Hostcation is a flat £10 per property per month on the annual plan (£15 monthly), with 0% booking commission. The only per-booking cost is the standard Stripe card processing fee (roughly 1.5% plus 20p). The flat fee does not change whether you take 5 bookings a year or 50.

The honest read: if you take a low volume of bookings, subscription differences are marginal. If you take a high volume, a percentage fee on every booking (Lodgify Starter, Hospitable's add-on) adds up fast — and a flat monthly fee with 0% commission pulls ahead the busier you get.
