Questions hosts ask

Do I need a Hostcation booking site to use the guide?

No — the guide works completely on its own. Plenty of hosts use it purely to replace their paper house manual. (It does pair beautifully with a direct-booking site, though.)

How do guests get in?

You choose: keep the whole guide open, put just the arrival details behind a code, or lock the whole guide. You can also create personal links per guest and revoke them after checkout.

Can I change things after it's live?

Any time. Edits publish instantly — no reprinting, no stale PDFs. Fix the Wi-Fi password once and every guest sees it.

I already have a house manual — do I have to start again?

No. Upload your existing PDF or Word manual during setup and we'll pre-fill the guide from it. You review everything before it goes live.

Does it work for hotels, lodges and pods?

Yes — we're rolling out multi-unit support for small hotels, lodge parks and glamping sites. Email hello@boostmy.store and we'll set you up.

What does it cost after the introductory price?

The introductory price is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. New customers will later pay £8/month or £80/year.
